Lauren Alberstat is studying Bioethics and Political Science. She is passionate about women’s reproductive rights and equity in women's healthcare, clinical research, and youth health & sexual education. Lauren founded TWPL because she wanted to foster a community of 'girls-supporting-girls' within her field of study; She was looking for
Lauren Alberstat is studying Bioethics and Political Science. She is passionate about women’s reproductive rights and equity in women's healthcare, clinical research, and youth health & sexual education. Lauren founded TWPL because she wanted to foster a community of 'girls-supporting-girls' within her field of study; She was looking for a group environment where she could both inspire & be inspired. Lauren values an environment in which women can coexist rather than compete, "The achievement of one woman, is an achievement for all of us; I think it is critical that we shift our narratives and work to eradicate the rivalrous energy we see/feel in many female-only-spaces" she says.

Dylan Que is studying Bioethics, Urban Studies, and Political Science. She is passionate about ethical healthcare, medical decision-making, and women's reproductive rights. During her time in TWPL, Dylan hopes to work alongside like-minded women and aims to contribute to meaningful conversations on the legal and political world for women!
